Mark Williams is the Founder of MarkusWorks. Mark has led the creation of a wide range of new and traditional media products that have been the basis of civic, corporate and individual campaigns and initiatives. Mr. Williams began his career with acceptance into the NBC Corporate Associates Program, a competitive management program developed for a select group of individuals in the broadcast industry.

Validated by comprehensive research and diagnostics developed in collaboration with The Gallup Organization, The 10 Lenses framework has been adopted by a wide array of Fortune 500 companies and other organizations and academic institutions, including American Express, Avon, Hearst Publications, Colgate Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, the Army War College, Chevron Texaco, Merck, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and the World Bank.

Mr. Williams is well known as an engaging, dynamic, entertaining speaker who brings his creative ideas to life through his acting, music, lyrics, video and other graphics and other multimedia elements. He is an accomplished performer, writer and composer and has collaborated with acclaimed performers and activists such as Vanessa Williams, the late Christopher Reeve, Dennis Quaid, Al Jarreau and Danny Glover and Patti Austin.
